1. Validity
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale and supply of coaching and fitness events
by BecomeFitness.co.uk and are subject to regulations set out in UK law.
BecomeFitness.co.uk may amend these terms and conditions from time
to time.
2. BecomeFitness.co.uk's Contract with you
A contract exists between you
and BecomeFitness.co.uk as soon as your order is received. BecomeFitness.co.uk
is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies
regarding the event or for unavailability.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices
are subject to revision and the actual price paid by you shall be BecomeFitness.co.uk's price
ruling at time of order. Such information is subject to change without
notice. Currently BecomeFitness.co.uk is not registered for VAT. In the event that
an event becomes unavailable, or that BecomeFitness.co.uk needs to vary the price due
to unforseen circumstances, or errors, following receipt of your order
BecomeFitness.co.uk shall send you a notification by email or telephone and allow
you the opportunity to cancel your order if BecomeFitness.co.uk has not done so
itself.
4. Payment
Payment is made to the authorised event or class ticket seller, who acts on behalf of BecomeFitness.co.uk, and not directly to BecomeFitness.co.uk itself.
5. Delivery of Good
The authorised ticket seller will forward your details (sufficient to identify you as a valid ticket holder and not including your financial details)
to BecomeFitness.co.uk. BecomeFitness.co.uk will aim to confirm your purchase in advance of the event but you should take the payment to the authorised ticket seller as confirmation that you hold a valid ticket.
Please bring any documentation you received from the ticket seller (e.g. an email) with you to the event as proof of purchase. We do not issue physical tickets.
6. BecomeFitness.co.uk Guarantee and Returns
Policy
BecomeFitness.co.uk will refund or exchange tickets in the event that an
event is cancelled by BecomeFitness.co.uk. Refunds will not be given in any other circumstances.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and BecomeFitness.co.uk
shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the English courts.
8. Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any
reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining
terms and conditions shall not be affected.
